CUJO offers bond loans for rental bonds between $500-$2500.
When approved, you receive an invoice for your first instalment (20% of your bond) + an activation fee of $150
Once the initial invoice is paid, we pay the agent or the RBO/RTA directly
You then pay the rest of your bond back over 4 monthly instalments. (Being 5 payments in total).
Our approval process is simple - it involves an identity check and bank statement verification - our approval process won’t appear on your personal credit check statement.
We pay the bond direct to the Bond Authority or managing real estate agent.
Our specialist consultants help you move into your new home by connecting utilities (gas, electricity, internet, Foxtel, etc.) or arranging contents insurance. We aren’t aligned with specific suppliers - we test the market for the best price for you.
For each utility you connect with us or insurance policy that you take out, we will waive the monthly account fee of $25. For example, sign up your power and gas with us - you save $50.
